Journey from un-employed to employer : Lets Meet Wasiq: belongs to lower-middle class family of 7 members in remote area of Punjab. Wasiq believed that he cannot break the viscous cycle of poverty he was born in. IRM provided him mobile repairing skill training along with the sessions about entrepreneurial & life skills. At the end of training, he was provided with mobile phone repair tool kit, and other essential items that are required for setting up an enterprise.

With the provided skills and tool kit, his confidence was improved and his earning increased from PKR 8000 (EURO 70) to PKR 20000 (EURO 170). He also employed one person at 5000/- per month to assist him at the shop. Mr. Wasiq is determined in pursuing his dreams. Mr. Wasiq said “It is certainly a different feeling when you switch from job seeker to job creator.
