 Let’s Meet Mehatab, belonging to Shikarpur, Sindh, where she stands-up for her rights and is a powerful pillar of her family. Previously, she was considered worthless by her in-laws which led to her social alienation. With the rigorous social mobilization by IRM team she was allowed to join training of Nursing Attendant in Islamabad at IRM Vocational Center. After being trained, she got a job in local Clinic in Shikarpur Market and started earning Rs. 7,000 per month. The woman who was considered insignificant is now one of the major decision makers in her family.
